Sara Barrett is passionate about helping nonprofits better serve their communities. She partners closely with nonprofit leaders to evaluate, strategize and implement fundraising and governance solutions to expand, improve or scale services for beneficiaries.

Prior to starting her consulting career, Sara worked more than thirteen years in fundraising and board development roles at large healthcare and higher education nonprofit organizations including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Tufts University and Keene State College in the greater Boston area.

 

Sara earned a BA in philosophy and political science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and an MBA from Simmons College School of Management in Boston, MA.

 

She is a native of Keene, NH and enjoys running, spending time at the lake and delighting family and friends with dad jokes and puns.
